Ken Middleton, Consultant

 

Ken Middleton is a broadcast veteran with 28 years experience in television news and management.

Ken spent seven years as a reporter, assignment editor, producer and anchor at stations in Roanoke VA and Charlotte NC. He then spent 14 years in news management as assistant news director of WFSB-TV Hartford and WJLA-TV Washington D.C. and then news director at WCNC-TV in Charlotte and WTSP-TV in Tampa/St. Petersburg where he was a co-founder of the nation's first regional, satellite news-gathering cooperative, The Florida News Network. Ken has experience managing coverage of day-to-day news as well as major breaking stories such as hurricanes, a shuttle disaster, and a presidential assassination attempt.

Ken also served as general manager of KMSB-TV in Tucson and then WHAS-TV in Louisville.
