The company’s flagship solution, LiveEdge!, combines patentable hardware and software with high-bandwidth wireless and/or wired broadband network services to deliver a turnkey user-oriented solution for television news teams in the United States and worldwide.

Nomad Innovations, LLC was formed by executives from the broadband, broadcasting and data networking industries, including the co-founders of High-Speed Access Corporation (formerly NASDAQ:HSAC), the second largest provider of cable modem service in the U.S. until the sale of the company in 2000.

Nomad began operations in October, 2006 in Louisville, Kentucky.
